Culinarium is a Culinary Studio & Events Space opened by Celebrity Chef Luciano Schipano. Culinarium is a perfect spot for virtual and in-person cooking classes, private and corporate events, and buying refined wine and food from around the world.

Culinarium “is a place where culinary experiences happen, where all who come, leave with an emotion and a memory”. Cooking is the magical part of getting together and this will be a perfect place to host your private event or attend a cooking class or workshop.

We are teamed up with the best red seal chefs, farmers, local producers and importers to give you the opportunity to learn more about the fine art of cooking and eating.

From hosting supper clubs to wine tastings and olive oil workshops. From-scratch cooking and baking, popup dinner take-out, farm to table dinners, corporate team building, hands-on cooking classes are just a few of the services that we will be offering. 

Our space is also open to chefs, bakers and other professionals who need to rent a fully inspected commercial kitchen in Toronto for their prep, production, catering, food truck and more at a very accessible price without overhead costs.

We want to give you the best culinary experience you’ve ever had in Toronto and this is the perfect place to learn and have fun at the same time.
