A concept created by Jenny Arena and Vito Bruno to recreate the Italian Osteria dining experience. An Osteria is an informal venue offering menus that focus on local specialties that are simple and traditional; this is what you can expect from Osteria Italia pop up dinners and take out packages.
Jenny is a food writer that delves into the history and origins of food. She also journals the stories and traditions of culturally specific recipes through her blog Fables and Fococcia. For over a decade Jenny has been sharing her passion for the culinary arts through her writing and recipe development in addition to hosting curated pop-up dinner series and cooking classes for which she has been featured on local media.
