FREE SOPPRESSATA 101 WORKSHOP – 2nd Edition
SOPPRESSATA 101 is 1-hour FREE workshop/educational opportunity to learn about the production of safe and high-quality artisan-style salumi by our Maestro dei Salumi, Chef Luciano Schipano.
Participants will have the chance to learn about the process of making salumi: from buying the meat to age the products. The class will be receiving instruction on and get involved with the crafting of various artisan products.
