Tra di Noi, literally “between us”, is a unique supper club to experience the best of the Italian Food, made from scratch by Chef Luciano at Culinarium.
A family-style menu in an intimate atmosphere enjoyed with family or friends for the perfect Friday night in Toronto. You are free to “Bring Your Own Wine” and have fun with us.
Enjoy the best, highest quality and tastiest Italian flavours with a truly shared experience of food and wine with new people.
The evening will begin with an introduction (and salutation) from Chef Luciano who will explain and guide you through the night. The menu is designed to offer up a taste of some of Italy’s most famous dishes, all made from scratch as per traditional recipes.
Chef Luciano has a serious passion for traditional Italian cuisine and you will enjoy the authenticity of his food and the many stories that he shares during the night.

APPETIZERS
Prosciutto, Melone, Mozzarella, Tomato, Bruschetta with black olive, Burrata, Rice croquettes, Marinated olives, Fried mushrooms, Pecorino Crotononese, Taleggio, Mostarda, Bagna Cauda.
FIRST COURSES
Risotto ai Funghi Porcini
Carnaroli rice slow-cooked with Porcini Mushrooms and finished with a lop of butter and Parmigiano Reggiano.
Cannelloni with ricotta and spinach
Tender fresh eggpasta rolled over spinach and ricotta filling cooked in a tomato sauce as per nonna recipe
ENTREES
Stufato di cinghiale
Tender Wildboar meat shoulder cooked with herbs and red wine with potato
Stuffed calamari
Calamari tubes filled with tentacles, breadcrumb and spices cooked in white wine sauce.
Meatballs
A mix of Veal and Pork with bread, cheese and eggs simmered until soft in tomato sauce.
Sauteed Rapini – Mixed green salad and steamed broccoli to complement the entrees.
FRUIT AND DESSERT
Seasonal fruit platter (chestnuts if available)
Tiramisu
Layers of ladyfingers with mascarpone cream mixture to egg yolks and coffee.
