

Biscotti Master Class
Join Chef Christina for a hands-on baking class where you’ll master the art of biscotti and spring-inspired treats! This interactive experience will have you working in small groups, each tackling a recipe, so everyone gets a taste of all the delicious creations.
Menu:
- Nutella-Filled Cookies – Soft and indulgent scoop-and-drop cookies
- Spumoni Biscotti – A colorful twist on the classic Italian favorite
- Lemon Lavender Thumbprint Cookies – Buttery shortbread with a fragrant, homemade lemon curd
Upon arrival, enjoy a coffee and snack from the café before diving into the baking session.
What You’ll Learn:
- How to create balanced biscotti and cookies
- Techniques for shaping, baking, and flavoring Italian-inspired treats
- Tips to elevate your homemade desserts
At the end of the class, you’ll take home a selection of each cookie. This session is also great inspiration for Mother’s Day baking.

- Wine, beer, mixed drinks, and soft drinks will be available for purchase. Guests may bring their own wine for a $15 corkage fee.
