Cioppino: A Holiday classic with Chef Luciano Schipano

A holiday classic, Cioppino (or Zuppa di Pesce) is a glorious way to make seafood very tasty. Whether your family has been enjoying a version for years, or it’s time to introduce a new tradition, you’ll want to learn to make this Italian-influenced fish stew.

Chef Luciano will talk through a wide variety of seafood-how to buy it, how to break it down, and how to cook it so it all tastes perfect. And that broth!

Chef Luciano has worked on his signature balance of tomato, wine, and spices to ensure the seasoning is just right without overwhelming the seafood.

You’ll learn a few variations on the classic and how to master the recipe so that many parts can be made in advance. Join us to take your fish cooking skills to the next level with this killer dish.

This class will be a step-by-step hands-on demonstration, meaning you will cook along with the chef in real-time.

The class is sold individually, meaning that one purchased registration is intended for one single person who can join and actively participate in the class.
