Free Cooking Class: Orecchiette with Arugula Pesto.
Tutto Gourmet Foods invites you to join Chef Luciano Schipano at Culinarium for a night in Puglia and to have the opportunity to win a basket of Tutto products.
During the class, you will learn how to make the famous Orecchiette pasta and a delicious Arugula pesto sauce.
This pasta dish is almost no-cook. Really, the only cooking required is the boiling of the pasta. Once that’s done, simply whip up a quick arugula pesto and toss it with sweet cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cheese – mix in the orecchiette pasta, and dinner is ready!

All the products featured in this cooking class are also available to purchase on Culinarium’s online shop.
This is a super quick pasta recipe that can easily work for anything occasion.
If you prefer to cook with Chef Luciano, you will need:
- Flour 00 “Molino Bruno”
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Pastore”
- Pecorino Romano cheese
- Cherry Tomato
- Mozzarella “fiordilatte”
Chef Luciano will send you a full recipe prior to the start of the cooking class. Due to the limited number of tickets, please RVSP only 1 per household to allow the attendance of everyone.
- Class duration is approximate but can run longer or shorter by 10-15 minutes.
