SOLD OUT – A Roman Classic: Amatriciana
Join Chef Luciano and learn how to make the classic Roman pasta sauce: L’Amatriciana. Originating in the town of Amatrice, there are many different versions but it’s always a tomato-based sauce with the addition of guanciale and a little bit of spice.
If you prefer to cook with Chef Luciano, you will need:
- Guanciale (if you are not able to find this ingredient let us know)
- Canned tomatoes blended
- Salt
- Pepper
- Pecorino Romano cheese
Chef Luciano will send you a full recipe prior to the cooking class start.
- Class duration is approximate and may be longer or shorter by 10-15 minutes.
